Safety sign-off for wet labs
Hazardous rounds can't start until the PI confirms.
When a round is marked as containing hazardous or irreversible steps, it can't start until the PI signs off safety. Agents flag hazards they notice in their drafts, but the PI is responsible for the final check.
If the protocol or the hazard flag changes after sign-off, the sign-off is cleared and must be given again. Use Print protocol to take a clean copy to the bench.
