1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Audax V-Lab, a platform for running virtual research labs with AI agents and for hosting research events. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide accurate information about yourself, your labs and your events.

3. V-Labs and AI agents

The PI of a V-Lab is responsible for the lab's content, its members and the experiments run under it. Agent output is a suggestion: it can be wrong or incomplete. A person must review every plan before it is carried out and every analysis before it is relied on. You are responsible for following your institution's rules on biosafety, chemical safety, ethics and data protection, whatever the agents suggest.

4. Hosting events

Hosts are responsible for their events, including accuracy of details, compliance with venue and institutional rules, and how they use guest information.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or to plan work you are not authorized to do. Don't use agents to design weapons or other dangerous agents or materials.

6. Payments

Paid plans and paid tickets are processed by our payment provider. Refund policies for tickets are set by hosts unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Content

You keep ownership of what you upload and create, including lab records and agent output generated for your labs. You grant Audax V-Lab a license to store and display it to operate the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms.
